As a client of Hi-Tech Enterprises, you will discover the true definition of service-on-demand. When your communication with the outside world is disrupted your company suffers, as do your clients. At Hi-Tech, we understand the importance of your communications needs and we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to take care of any problems or concerns you may have with your system. Our normal service call response times are as follows: (1) 24 hours for a routine service call; (2) four hours for an emergency call; and (3) two hours for clients covered under our warranty and maintenance contracts.

In pursuit of exceeding customer’s expectations, we currently staff our office from 8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday. During these hours, a courteous employee is available to take your call and will gladly dispatch a qualified technician to your business as quickly as possible. You will hear our Voice Mail message and prompts.

Dial 3 to enter the Service Mailbox.

Speak after the tone. Your message should include your name, the company name, and a number where you can be reached (a working number). Also, include a brief message detailing your emergency and any other relevant information that will be useful in repairing the problem.

Upon leaving an emergency message in our Service Mailbox, a capable technician will be alerted of your problem and will respond as soon as possible.
